Treasure

In our sermon this week we see the response of Jesus to a person who interrupted him in the midst his teaching. In his usual style, Jesus answers with one of his parables and exposes the true condition of the person's heart as well as all those listening. In this Christmas season Pastor Ray leads us to examine ourselves to see whether we choose to be greedy, needy, or full of what God wants to give us—to be "rich toward God." Could it be that we have difficulty understanding the generosity of God because we ourselves are not generous people? Where is your Treasure?
